Starting with a basic spacecraft, you’ll navigate through the intricate environments inside the body, confronting and eliminating viruses along your path. As you progress through each of the 40 challenging levels, you’ll earn gems. These valuable resources can be used to unlock new, more powerful ships—up to six in total—and to upgrade your existing ones, enhancing their capabilities. Every fifth level features formidable boss fights, which you must defeat to continue your mission. To succeed, you’ll need to strategically purchase improvements, upgrade your ships, and wisely utilize a variety of power-ups—including scatter shot, rapid fire, star bombs, healing, and more—that appear throughout your journey. Your skillful use of these tools and upgrades is crucial to eradicate the viruses and save the patient before time runs out!
